It includes knowledge base articles, integration guides, API documentation, FAQs, and training content — all organized in a structured, easy-to-navigate format with full-text search across every content type.

GreyMatter Chat — Fast Mode

Fast Mode gives users a faster, more conversational Chat experience for information-based queries. By pressing the lightning bolt icon, response times drop from minutes to roughly 30 seconds. Fast Mode is powered by direct tool calling, which bypasses full agentic workflows to get answers faster. This same direct tool calling capability also improves response times in GreyMatter Chat, even when Fast Mode is not enabled.

Workflows - New Triggers, Nodes and Templates

Workflows have been updated with new triggers, nodes, and comparison operators that give teams greater control over investigation and response automation — including the ability to act on tickets before AI Analysis runs. This release also includes six new workflow templates covering post-incident analysis, digital risk protection, and user offboarding scenarios.

Discover - Intel Driven Exposure

A new exposure type, "Impacted by Threat," has been introduced to automatically surface customer risk when new threat advisories are published. When a threat advisory is posted that contains a CVE listed in a customer's vulnerability data, or references a vendor, product, or feature present in the customer's environment, an exposure is automatically opened in near real-time.

GreyMatter Phishing Analyzer - Verdict Updates

GreyMatter phishing analysis tickets now use updated verdict categorization to more clearly distinguish between verdict types. A new Suspicious verdict category has been introduced, separating Suspicious results from Unsolicited results for improved clarity and more accurate reporting.
