Release: GreyMatter Cases 

What’s new: Users can manage all tasks from a single area in GreyMatter. With GreyMatter Cases, health alerts, IR tickets, detection requests, and more live directly in the platform. Assign, comment, notify, and resolve across all tickets in GreyMatter. 

Results: Eliminate tool pivots out of GreyMatter for GreyMatter Alerts. 

Release: Access Management 

What’s new: GreyMatter Access Management introduces a streamlined, self-service tool for user access management. Designated customer Admin users will now have greater control to directly manage accounts within GreyMatter.  

Results: Customers can manage their own users in GreyMatter. This new feature also paves the way for the upcoming Custom Roles feature release.

Enhancement: Incident Actions 

What’s new: Enables users to acknowledge, assign, and close incidents early for New and In Progress statuses. Users are also able to close an incident from the More Actions menu for escalated incidents.  

Results: Easier management of incidents.
