Everything we do at ReliaQuest is intentional. From the way we engage with our customers to how we develop our teammates, it all goes back to our mission to Make Security Possible.
That is also true for our sponsorship of the ReliaQuest Bowl, an iconic New Year's Eve college football bowl game played at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
The bowl game gives ReliaQuest the opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of cybersecurity and the career opportunities within the field, all while supporting our community and celebrating those who make it possible.
The attitude, energy, and effort displayed by both teams aligns with ReliaQuest's focus on high performance—a necessary component to succeed in cybersecurity and in business. Each year, coaches share their philosophies around performance on ReliaQuest's "No Show Dogs" podcast, hosted by ReliaQuest Mental Performance Coach Derin McMains.
Being willing to do the things necessary for success—thinking more about being good than looking good—is a key element of the ReliaQuest mindset. In that spirit, each team nominates one of their own teammates to receive the ReliaQuest "Make it Possible" award, given to the teammate who displays the attitude, energy, and effort necessary to help the team win without worrying about who gets the credit.
In addition to honoring the student athletes, ReliaQuest is also proud to honor community partners during the game, who through youth education programs support their local communities.
This includes volunteers from Think Big for Kids, a nonprofit that aims to bring youth out of poverty through career readiness and mentorship, and Junior Achievement, which works in partnership with educational systems to connect real-world skills with students' curriculum.
It is ReliaQuest's belief that cybersecurity represents the greatest challenge of our generation—and also the greatest opportunity. Large-scale events like the ReliaQuest Bowl give us the chance to share that belief with a wider audience, all with the aim to Make Security Possible.
