Our searches begin with gaining an in depth understanding of the personality, experience, work history, etc that you need, and from there we build search guidelines based on geographical areas, industry, technical skill sets and begin to actively recruit candidates that for the most part typically aren’t looking for a new opportunity until we call. It is not unusual for us to attend tradeshows just to meet potential candidates for our clients.
